“There is a balance between what is offered and what is currently demanded, and the context will not adjust the prices. I even think it will be a growing trend, there will be interesting projects with new facilities. Even if the luxury residential projects have a smaller number of apartments – 20-30 units – they will have integrated facilities that we have not encountered until now. I believe in a weighted increase in prices”, said Mihaela Pană during the ZF Offices & Residential 2020 conference.

Customers in the luxury category do not behave differently. We noticed that this period led them to change their attitude, and buyers who own/live in apartments or large houses, decided to buy individual houses, in order to increase their comfort. Many of them already own a house, in various locations near Bucharest, which they used a little before the pandemic, but now they have spent more time in them.
